The Baltimore Public Media Board of Directors hold regular meetings that are open to the public. However, some of those meetings or a portion of the meeting may be held in closed executive sessions. Board meetings begin at 5:30 PM and will be held virtually and in-person at Baltimore Public Media, unless otherwise noted.

Pursuant to Section 396(k)(4) of the Communications Act, meetings of the Baltimore Public Media Board of Directors and its committees may move into executive session and be closed to the public to consider matters relating to individual employees, proprietary information, litigation and other matters requiring the confidential advice of counsel, commercial or financial information obtained from a person on a privileged or confidential basis, or the purchase of property or services whenever the premature exposure of such purchase would compromise the business interests of Baltimore Public Media.

CAB meetings begin at 6:00 PM and will be held virtually and in persons at WYPR. All meetings are open to the public.
